Start the year with a few days given to the Lord

Do you want to experience a meaningful New Year, where God has his full place, with encounters that are fewer but deeper?

Do you feel the need to take stock of 2025, and to start 2026 on the right foot, by putting Christ at the center of your life?

Four days to take time:

    • to rest in the Lord,
    • to remember the past year,
    • to welcome the new year as a gift from God,
    • and to set off again in joy and peace

This is a retreat with a "light" program with ample personal time for prayer, exchanges between retreatants, rest and relaxation.

    The proposed activities allow you

      • to experience different forms of prayer (shared prayerful reading of biblical texts, guided mental prayer, eucharistic adoration, liturgy of the hours)
      • and to learn to remember and review the past year with a contemplative gaze.

There will also be several opportunities for informal exchanges with sisters from the community.

For young adults (ages 20-45 approximately), women and men
