- You're racking up overtime hours without taking any rest, as the pressure at work is so intense.
- You're constantly asked for more, faster, all the time.
- New digital tools don't help you disconnect, there are no longer clear boundaries between professional and personal life; when remote work enters the picture, you have to juggle several "lives" at once.
During this session, you'll take time to reflect on how you experience your work and its organization, the changes in your professional environment, your work-life balance, the place given to your family, friends, and non-work commitments, in order to gain clearer awareness of your strengths and limits so you can move forward more peacefully in and through these constraints.

- The "Professional Life" sessions at Penboc'h use the Ignatian pedagogy of reflection, discernment, listening to others, to oneself, and to the word of God.
- This isn't about receiving teachings, but about learning to better use our personal resources to make free choices.
- Each session takes place in a small group of about 8 people.
- The atmosphere of silence helps respect each person's journey, to settle down, and to rest.
- The session alternates between times of personal reflection, times of sharing in the group, and free time to walk in nature.
- You receive daily personal spiritual guidance.
- A biblical text offered for meditation and reflection illuminates the path at each stage.
- The Center's daily rhythm includes times of communal prayer, Lauds and the Eucharist.
Bring a notebook and something to write with; you may also bring your Bible.
Remember to bring walking shoes, gear to protect from the sun and also... from the rain!
And to fully enjoy the gulf, bring your swimsuit!
