Reflecting on your professional life
For those, believers or not, who, after several years of professional life, wish to see where they stand, learn to make better use of their experiences, and take distance from their daily routine.
Reflecting on your professional life

After a few years, taking stock of your professional life
This session based on reflection can help you benefit from your experiences, by looking at how you made your choices, what were the significant decisions that shaped your professional life.
- How do you experience your daily professional relationships, with your colleagues, with your teams if you are in a leadership position?
- What matters to you and gives meaning?
- What makes you come alive?
In short, it's about bringing to light what reinforces your choices and direction, with a desire to deepen or dare to ask yourself the question of a professional conversion to move forward.
Reflection is an important element of Ignatian pedagogy and spirituality to learn how to move forward in a reconciled way.

- The "Professional Life" sessions at Penboc'h use the Ignatian pedagogy of reflection, discernment, listening to others, to oneself, and to the word of God.
- This is not about receiving teachings, but about learning to better use our personal resources to choose freely.
- Each session takes place in a small group of about 8 people.
- The atmosphere of silence helps respect each person's journey, to pause, to rest.
- The session alternates between times of personal reflection, times of sharing in the group, and free time to go walking in nature.
- You will benefit from daily personal guidance.
- A biblical text offered for meditation and reflection illuminates the path at each stage.
- The life of the Center is structured around times of communal prayer, Lauds and Eucharist.
Bring a notebook and something to write with. You may also bring your Bible.
Remember to bring walking shoes, your equipment to protect from the sun but also from the rain!
And to fully enjoy the gulf, bring your swimsuit!
