- Every day, we all find ourselves in situations of listening: to others, to ourselves, to God. But truly listening requires much more than techniques.
- This session invites you to revisit your inner postures and concrete practices to discover or rediscover a way of listening that opens, welcomes, and transforms.
- Renewing our way of listening means allowing Christ to dwell in our silences, awaken our senses, and cultivate within us an available and compassionate presence.
- A journey where heart, mind, and body align so that listening becomes prayer, relationship, and encounter.

Practical information
- If you have dietary requirements: please specify them when registering so the kitchen can accommodate them.
- Sheets and towels are provided by the center and placed on your bed.
- Wifi is available throughout the facility.
- Bring your Bible (if you have one), notebook, and pen.
- The 12-hectare park, library, and lounge are available to all retreatants
Getting here
- By car from Redon: direction La Gacilly then La Roche du Theil (La Roche du Theil - Google Maps)
- By train: Redon TGV station – The station is 6 minutes from the center. Taxi service available.
- Upon arrival, please check in at reception to collect your key.
Financial participation
- Contribution to expenses: €166 (Tourist tax not included)
- The retreat price includes accommodation, meals, meeting room, and speaker.
- To confirm your registration, you will be asked for a deposit of 30% of the retreat amount. In case of cancellation, any amount paid to the Center remains the property of the Center except in case of cancellation by the Center.
The participation amount should not be a barrier. If you have financial difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
