For those, believers or not, who, after several years of professional life, wish to take stock of where they are, learn to make better use of their experiences, and step back from the daily pace.
Reviewing your professional life
Reserve my spot
After a few years, taking stock of your professional life
This session based on review can help you benefit from your experiences by looking at how you made your choices, what were the significant decisions that shaped your professional life.
- How do you experience your professional relationships on a daily basis, with your colleagues, with your teams if you are in a leadership position?
- What matters to you and makes sense?
- What gives you life?
In short, it is about bringing to light what confirms your choices and direction with a desire to deepen or dare to ask yourself the question of a professional conversion to bounce back.
Review is an important element of Ignatian pedagogy and spirituality to learn to move forward in a reconciled way.

- The sessions in the "Professional Life" sector at Penboc'h use the Ignatian pedagogy of review, discernment, listening to others, to oneself, and to the word of God.
- It is not about receiving teachings, but learning to use our personal resources more fully to choose freely.
- Each session is experienced in a small group of about 8 people.
- The climate of silence helps to respect each person's journey, to settle down, to rest.
- The session alternates between times of personal reflection, times of sharing in the group, and free time to go for walks in nature.
- You benefit from daily personal accompaniment.
- A biblical text proposed for meditation and reflection illuminates the path at each stage.
- Life at the Center is punctuated by times of communal prayer, Lauds and the Eucharist.
Bring a notebook and something to write with, you can also bring your Bible.
