A time to settle and anchor yourself
La Roche du Theil, with its park and spaces for silence and prayer, offers an ideal setting for a time of retreat and refocusing.
In kindness and simplicity, everyone is invited to lay down the burdens of daily life to rediscover lightness of heart.
For five days, Bishop Michel Dubost will guide us in a profound spiritual journey, one of renewed trust. His words, marked by wisdom and gentleness, open a path toward a persevering and joyful faith that does not avoid difficulties but walks through them with God.
Each day, teachings will introduce a theme of hope:
- learning to believe despite everything
- regaining trust after fear
- bringing light into our fragilities
- recognizing the signs of hope around us
- uniting with Christ who makes all things new
These times will be extended through silent meditation, personal prayer, the Eucharist, and fraternal sharing.
Special attention will be given to the Word of God.
Hope, an art of living
This retreat is also meant to be a practical learning of hope, not as a passing feeling but as a life attitude, a way of inhabiting the world with trust, even amid its contradictions.
Through prayer, contemplation, and listening to oneself, each person can rediscover an inner peace and in turn become a witness to hope.
