Silence becomes a privileged means of fostering interiority.
In spiritual guidance, the retreatant speaks with a brother or sister in faith about what makes up their life.
They thus discover God present in their existence as it is, with its shadows and its light.
Bring a notebook and something to write with, you can also bring your Bible.
Remember to bring walking shoes, equipment to protect from the sun but also... from the rain!
And to fully enjoy the gulf, bring your swimsuit!
