A few days of renewal during the summer
This 6-day journey travels toward God within ourselves, nurturing peace, joy, and love by drawing from the treasures of the Gospel.
Arrival from 4:00 PM; please arrive by 7:00 PM. The retreat ends around 10:00 AM after the 9:00 AM Mass on the last day.
Retreat preached by Father Richard Escudier, Seminary of Paris.
The program includes guideposts, prayers, teachings, and the opportunity to meet with a priest and/or a member of the Foyer de charité.
Opportunities for walks in and around the grounds, set amid a landscape of gentle, tree-lined hills.
Meals served with music, generous and varied.
An atmosphere of silence and recollection.
Important information
- Please bring your own bed sheets (or rent a set for €5), towels, a cloth napkin and its holder if possible, your medications, outdoor shoes for enjoying the countryside, your Bible (available to borrow on site), and something to write with.
- Accommodation in single rooms; a few double rooms available. Pillowcases and blankets provided on site.
- The Foyer de charité is located halfway between Toulouse and Bordeaux. We can pick you up at Agen train station if you are traveling by train.
- By registering, you commit to respecting everyone's privacy and to participating in the retreat in its entirety.

The cost is left to your discretion, in good conscience, according to your means.
For reference, a full-board day costs us €55.
