Praying at Blauvac Abbey
A day to find yourself simply present in the present moment, being attentive to yourself, to the presence of God, and to others in our lives.
Meditating together and experiencing the power of communal prayer, accompanied by a laywoman, Annick Combier, within the framework of monastic hospitality and its liturgy.
The day includes:
- a sensory walk in nature,
- several hours of silent prayer,
- participation in the Sisters' community offices, meals in silence,
- group sharing at the end.
- Arrival around 9:00 AM and activities begin at 9:30 AM.
- End after the evening meal, around 7:30 PM.
Possibility to arrive the evening before and leave the next day, to be arranged with the guest mistress depending on availability.
Suggested offering at the end of the retreat
Hospitality and facilitation fees: €45 (financial concerns should not be an obstacle for anyone).
