A week of liturgical formation
The goal of the retreat is to have an experience of:
- entering into a different rhythm,
- immersing yourself in the prayer of the Church,
- helping each other focus on the essential.
The main themes covered will be:
- Entering into divine praise,
- The Word of God and Gregorian chant,
- Christian life and eternal life.

For young women ages 18 to 35.
Program at the abbey
- Preparation for the liturgy,
- introduction to lectio divina,
- teachings,
- discussions,
- personal meeting with a nun,
- work within the enclosure.
Retreatants sleep and take their meals at the guest house.
Sheets and towels are provided!
Please bring outdoor clothing for work outside.
The retreat begins Monday at 5:00 PM and ends Saturday at 3:00 PM.
The contribution to expenses is free-will, according to each person's means.
