Give yourself the means to break free from a situation experienced as a professional dead end, through a proven methodology, by discovering the criteria that determine your complete success.
This process leads to developing, in a short time and through the participant's full engagement, a vocational project and the conditions for its implementation. Depending on their pace of maturation, the participant will be able to finalize their project during the seminar or in the time following, thanks to the support received during the session.
The session objectives are as follows:
- identify your vocation and how to inscribe it within a professional framework,
- discover the principle of coherence in your active life,
- identify the elements (personal and contextual) that make success possible,
- understand the reasons for your past successes and difficulties.
Prerequisites: willingness to deliberately engage personally and truthfully in the process, commitment to respect each person's journey, to welcome others with kindness, and to guarantee the confidentiality of group discussions.

Method:
- alternating presentations, self-awareness tests, personal reflection time based on structured questions, small group discussions
- opportunity to meet with the consultant
SCHEDULE
The session begins on the first day at 9:30 AM. Any late arrival disrupts the proper functioning of the group, so it is advisable to arrive at least half an hour before the session begins.
Reception opens at 9:00 AM.
The session ends on the last day at 4:00 PM.
What to bring:
- writing materials (notebook, pen)
- personal items and toiletries
- alarm clock and/or watch (for a retreat, you will be invited not to use your smartphone)
- if you wish: comfortable clothing and walking shoes (Meudon forest in immediate proximity)
Do not bring any sheets or sleeping bag: sheets are provided by the Center.
Suggested offering:
The fixed cost for the Center is €160 per day, or €1,280 total. This includes:
- accommodation and meals
- program facilitation
This corresponds to the actual cost of the session for the Center's operation. Financial participation should not be an obstacle. Depending on your situation, the Center may be able to provide assistance according to its possibilities. Please do not hesitate to contact us accordingly.
A solidarity rate of -20% is available, or €132 per day, €1,024 total.
