Two days to discover the life of the Carmelite nuns, that's the program for this themed retreat!
It's a weekend of prayer and silence to:
- Take stock of your life,
- Listen to God,
- Receive guidance, if the retreatant desires, for discernment.
The retreat theme will accompany you throughout with times for reflection.
This retreat is open to women ages 18 to 35 only.
The program
Upon arrival, a meeting is scheduled with the prioress to tailor the stay according to each person's expectations. All arrivals and departures are arranged according to the retreatants' schedules, with the possibility of a sister picking you up at the Mont de Marsan train station if needed.
The retreat program includes: one or more divine offices, Masses, spiritual readings (lectio divina, rosary, mental prayer), a meeting with the sisters, and small tasks if you need activities.

Lunch and dinner provided on site; bed linens provided.
Remember to bring a Bible and something to write with.
If needed, a sister can pick you up at the Mont de Marsan train station.
Suggested offering at the end of the retreat
