Finding your bearings in difficult times

  • You are struggling, rowing and rowing without seeing a horizon or solid ground on the horizon, and sometimes this has been going on for so long.

  • You are going through difficulties in your professional, social life, or in your emotional, family life, not to mention the health problems that sometimes complicate things.

  • Difficulties at work, family conflicts, separation, grief, isolation.

This session can help you take a step back, analyze what is happening in this difficult situation, and see how to set milestones to gradually get out of it and reach the harbor...

  • The "Professional life" sector sessions at Penboc'h use the Ignatian pedagogy of review, discernment, listening to others, to oneself, and to the word of God.

  • This is not about receiving teachings, but learning to use our personal resources more fully to choose in freedom.

  • Each session takes place in a small group of about 8 people.

  • The atmosphere of silence helps respect each person's journey, to settle down and rest.

  • The session alternates times of personal reflection, times of sharing in a group, and free time to go walking in nature.

  • You will benefit from daily personal guidance.

  • A biblical text offered for meditation and reflection illuminates the path at each stage.

  • Life at the Center is structured around times of communal prayer, Lauds, and Eucharist.

Bring a notebook and something to write with. You can also bring your bible.

Remember to bring walking shoes, your equipment to protect from the sun but also... from the rain!

And to fully enjoy the gulf, come with your swimsuit!
