You're experiencing your first or second job after your studies, with both joy and questions. This session is for you!

  • Fully immersed in professional life after more or less lengthy studies, you're enthusiastically discovering your environment, eager to develop, your work excites you, even though it requires investment, adaptation, and a commitment that sometimes takes up a lot of your time…
  • Or perhaps you're a bit disappointed compared to what you expected or desired, you're not always comfortable in a world that doesn't allow you to balance work and personal life or that doesn't respect what matters to you, sometimes burnout isn't far away…

  • How can I find my place in the working world, deepen my experience, flourish, gain skills while respecting what's priority for me, how can I equip myself to face difficulties…, stay, leave, change direction?
  • What are my needs?
  • Deep down, what is my desire?

Through the reflection and pedagogy of this session, you're given the opportunity to take stock of the first steps of your young professional life, to benefit from exchanges with other young people about your joys and difficulties to move forward and find more of what you're looking for to put it into practice.

Each day you benefit from individual guidance.

  • The "Professional life" sessions at Penboc'h use the Ignatian pedagogy of reflection, discernment, listening to others, to oneself, and to the word of God.

  • This is not about receiving teachings, but about learning to use our personal resources more fully to choose freely.

  • Each session takes place in a small group of about 8 people.

  • The atmosphere of silence helps respect each person's journey, to settle down, to rest.

  • The session alternates between personal reflection time, sharing time in the group, and free time to walk in nature.

  • A biblical text offered for meditation and reflection illuminates the path at each step.

  • Life at the Center is punctuated by communal prayer times, Lauds and Eucharist.

Bring a notebook and writing materials, you can also bring your Bible.

Remember to bring walking shoes, your equipment to protect from the sun but also… from the rain!

And to fully enjoy the bay, bring your swimsuit!
