You are experiencing your first or second job after your studies, with happiness and questions. This session is for you!

  • Fully immersed in professional life after more or less extended studies, you are enthusiastically discovering your environment, eager to grow, your work excites you, even though it requires investment, adaptation and a commitment that sometimes takes up a lot of your time…
  • Or perhaps you are a bit disappointed compared to what you expected or desired, you are not always very comfortable in a world that doesn't allow you to balance work and personal life or that doesn't respect what matters to you, sometimes burnout is not far away…

  • How can I find my place in the working world, deepen my experience, flourish, gain skills while respecting what is a priority for me, how can I equip myself to face difficulties…, stay, leave, change direction?
  • What are my needs?
  • Deep down, what is my desire?

Through the reflection and pedagogy of this session, you are given the opportunity to take stock of the first steps of your young professional life, to benefit from exchanges with other young people about your joys and your difficulties in order to move forward and find more of what you are looking for to put it into practice.

Each day you benefit from individual guidance.

  • The "Professional life" sessions at Penboc'h use the Ignatian pedagogy of reflection, discernment, listening to others, to oneself and to the Word of God.

  • This is not about receiving teachings, but about learning to use more of our personal resources to choose freely.

  • Each session takes place in a small group of about 8 people.

  • The atmosphere of silence helps to respect each person's journey, to settle down, to rest.

  • The session alternates times of personal reflection, times of sharing in groups, and free time to go walking in nature.

  • A biblical text offered for meditation and reflection illuminates the path at each stage.

  • The life of the Center is structured around times of communal prayer, Lauds and Eucharist.

Bring a notebook and something to write with, you can also bring your Bible.

Remember to bring walking shoes, equipment to protect from the sun but also… from the rain!

And to fully enjoy the gulf, come with your swimsuit!
