Christmas retreat
For everyone: living the Nativity at the priory, with the Benedictine sisters.
"The Word became flesh and dwelt among us" (John 1:14). Christmas as an invitation to hospitality.
Celebrating Christmas by savoring the Christian meaning of this feast: the Benedictine sisters of the Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre invite you to this Christmas retreat to experience in interiority and peace the great mystery of the Nativity. The retreat will be preached by Father Xavier Debilly, a priest of the Mission de France and doctor of theology.
Silent adoration and the prayer of the liturgical offices will sustain this retreat. Meals taken in silence, as well as moments of fellowship, allow each person to find peace and joy.
It is also possible to meet with the preacher or a sister for a more personal conversation.
