Dance to live, dance to pray
For all audiences seeking interiority!
What if dance could lead to prayer?
Traditional circle dances, rich in the symbolism of their music, gestures, and movements, can help us build a bridge between the everyday and the essential, between the body and life with God; they are a path that is both personal and communal.
These dances are drawn from the repertoire of dances from Israel, as well as from Eastern European countries, Greece... some are contemporary in style. They are very simple and require no particular skills.

Programme
In addition to workshop sessions, there will also be brief spiritual reflections, times of relaxation and/or warm-up, and times for review and sharing about the experience.
