Discovering my interior castle with Teresa of Ávila
Learning from Saint Teresa of Ávila to discover the presence of God within us
My innermost self is also the palace of God
We are not empty! Better yet, at the very heart of our being, the Lord dwells.
This discovery filled St. Teresa of Ávila with wonder and transformed her life. "If I had known this sooner, I would not have left him alone so often," she concluded. Following in her footsteps, we will meditate on this magnificent reality. Above all, we will make the most of this time of renewal to enter into a living relationship with the interior Guest.

Programme
A balanced and peaceful rhythm in the heart of Provence:
Two teachings are given each day by Father Laurent Ortega, a priest of Notre-Dame de Vie and a specialist in St. Teresa of Ávila.

Priests are available for the sacrament of reconciliation, and consecrated religious are on hand to welcome and listen.
The program allows time to pray, to read and meditate, to rest, and to walk in a peaceful setting.
