Married life: the 7 scientific principles for a successful marriage

Strengthening mutual knowledge

Can we identify what allows a couple to last, weather crises, and remain happy over time? Decades of research conducted with thousands of couples have made it possible to identify reliable, concrete, and practical relational principles that can be applied in everyday life.

This weekend invites participants to discover these seven scientific principles and transform them into habits of married life. Participants will learn to strengthen mutual knowledge, friendship, admiration, daily connection, constructive conflict management, overcoming roadblocks, and building a shared sense of meaning as a couple.

When understood and practiced consistently, these principles offer couples a powerful framework for developing a happy, strong, and lasting relationship. The weekend will be resolutely interactive: structured input, couples exercises, practical activities, directly reusable tools, and guided dialogue time. Each couple will also have the option of a personalized coaching session with a coach to explore a specific aspect of their relationship in greater depth.

This program is open to all couples, at every stage of life: strong couples who want to go further, couples going through a difficult time who are looking for a fresh start, or couples who want to invest seriously in their future. It is led by Jérôme and Jeanne Daher, couple coaches and therapists with over 13 years of experience working with couples from multicultural backgrounds.
