Summer retreat at the heart of the Trinity

During this retreat, you are invited to live with the Little Sisters of the Lamb at the rhythm of the liturgical offices and adoration, in an atmosphere of silence.

• There will be teachings, times of biblical study, and personal time.
• A long hike is planned in the beautiful nature of the Aude, as well as prayer vigils.
• All of this in a fraternal atmosphere of encounter with other young women and the Little Sisters.
• Together we will discover the immense love with which God has loved us and will try to receive it, for our joy.

• Each day, we will celebrate the morning and evening office, and Mass at noon with the whole Community.
• In the morning, a time of biblical study and an opportunity to help with kitchen service; in the afternoon, various activities and free time.
• Each evening, a different vigil is planned on a different theme, with a time of teaching.

Practical details

• All meals are shared with the Little Sisters.
• Please bring a sleeping bag to make accommodation easier, as well as a flashlight, a Bible, and something to take notes with.
• The retreat is lived without a cell phone.
• We live solely on donations, so any offering of food or money is welcome.

Suggested offering

You may give between €20 and €200, each according to her means. Any financial help is welcome but not required.
