Do you feel like you're going in circles in prayer? Are you unsure whether God hears you or speaks to you? Are you assailed by distractions when you begin to pray?
All of this is common in spiritual life, and so we regularly need to ask the Lord again as the disciples did: "teach us to pray."
Drawing from the teaching of the Catholic Church, the Benedictine Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Montmartre offer you a time of teaching, followed by a time of liturgical prayer (Compline) and a time of nocturnal adoration to help you find the path to your heart.
It is possible to have dinner and stay overnight on site (registration required).
The evening is organized according to the following schedule:
- 6:00 PM: Vespers (for early arrivals).
- 7:00 PM: dinner.
- 8:00 PM: spiritual teaching on love of the Eucharist, abandonment to God's will, the Sacred Heart, the glorification of God, and prayer for priests.
- 9:15 PM: Compline.
- 9:30 PM: adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with Divine Mercy chaplet
Arrival in the early evening, depending on your availability (possible from 6:00 PM for Vespers).
