Each day is structured around Mass and the liturgical offices.
- Introduction to the liturgy, lectio divina, mental prayer, and Gregorian chant.

Generally, for Good Friday, retreatants wish to take their meals in silence. Help with dishes is welcome during the retreat.
Bring a Bible and something to take notes with.
The nuns provide sheets and towels, but appreciate those who bring their own.
Contribution to expenses: the teachings are free. Accommodation costs are according to each person's means, and should be discussed with the guest mistress.
