A program for those who wish to experience a spiritual retreat following the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius, choosing in advance a duration between 3 and 9 days, according to their availability.
Individual spiritual guidance is offered, allowing each person to progress at their own pace.

Retreat following Ignatian spirituality, entirely individualized, with suggested prayer times and daily spiritual guidance.
What to bring:
- Your Bible if you wish (but a Bible is available in each room)
- Writing materials (notebook, pen)
- Personal items and toiletries
- Alarm clock and/or watch (For a retreat, you will be invited not to use your smartphone)
- Do not bring any sheets or sleeping bag: sheets are provided by the Center as required
- You may also bring: casual clothes and walking shoes, swimsuit and swim cap (Meudon forest and municipal swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity)
Suggested offering at the end of the retreat
The cost of the session for the Center is €100 per day per person. It includes:
- Accommodation and meals
- Guidance and facilitation costs
- Sheets are provided by the Manrèse Center as required for hygiene purposes.
Possibility of benefiting from a solidarity rate of -20%, meaning €80 per day.
