Fraternité Eucharistein
In the heart of Haute-Savoie, the Fraternité Eucharistein, present in Saint Jeoire since 2008, is a community of consecrated brothers and sisters. The fraternity welcomes anyone wishing to take time for renewal or to share in their rhythm for a few days.
Welcomed at the Château de Beauregard, guests can also enjoy the mountain setting with a magnificent view of the Alps.

The history of Château de Beauregard
The history of Château de Beauregard has been intertwined with that of Haute-Savoie for 800 years. The defensive function of this former fortified house from the 13th century led to its construction overlooking the village. Successive additions over the centuries to the original rectangular keep have given it its current form. The château was owned by the de la Fléchère family until 2004. It was then passed on by its last inhabitants, Count Roger and his wife Jacqueline, to the Diocese of Annecy to welcome the Fraternité Eucharistein.
Over the years, a large part of the château, including the roof, has been restored, and two outbuildings have been renovated into residences. Two one-hectare vegetable gardens are cultivated. The entire property serves those who wish to experience a spiritual retreat, short or long, in a fraternal setting.

The Fraternité Eucharistein in St Jeoire
The brothers and sisters consecrated within the Fraternité Eucharistein are animated by a charism: to live the Eucharist in the Mass, in adoration, and in their entire life.
Since 1996, the Fraternity has welcomed people in difficulty or seeking, to share a community life of prayer and manual work in three houses (Valais, Var, and Haute-Savoie). Their simple and fraternal way of life is conducive to a time of personal rebuilding or a time of perspective and discernment.
Engaged in a specific apostolate with young people and families, the community strives to support the Church's mission of evangelization. Currently, ten permanent members in Saint-Jeoire handle the welcome, gardens, and work projects. Religious, guests, and collaborators work in their permaculture gardens, on their fruit trees, and on their projects.
